What’s your booking and cancelation policy?

No matter what space you’re booking, our prices begin at £50 an hour. The quote we give you depends on the type of event/shoot you are hosting and we add an extra levy for surplus guests and extra equipment you hire. We’re also open to adding discounts for day bookings, you can enquire here.
Generally, we try and accommodate all shoots, no matter the budget and sometimes offer TFP agreements to clients who cannot afford full studio hire. Just drop us an email, it’s always worth a try.
How do I get to the studio?

We take a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm every booking, and expect all funds to be paid before your shoot begins to allow you entry to the studio. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is in our account.
If cancellation is required, we will provide a refund, not including the 50% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 24 hrs, we will not refund you.
Rescheduling is often possible, just email us.
Can I work with you?

We have 2 parking permits for cars to park on Resolution Way - please tell us you need these when you book. Otherwise, we recommend getting the train to Deptford station as this is a 2 minute walk to our studio. There is also Deptford Bridge station (DLR) and multiple bus stops within walking distance from the studio.
